Why I started Sourced Property
Buying property isn’t always straightforward, especially when you’re trying to understand price, deal with agents, and work out whether a property actually stacks up.
I started Sourced Property after going through that process myself and seeing how much buyers are expected to figure out on their own. I built my career working inside established buyer’s agencies, and now work independently so I can give buyers honest and impartial advice throughout the process.

When we work together, you deal directly with me from the beginning through to settlement. I keep things intentionally boutique, working with a small number of clients at a time so I can stay involved, move quickly when needed, and focus on getting the right outcome. I’m a Class 1 Licensed buyer’s agent and a member of REBAA and REINSW.
I’m based in Sydney’s Inner West and work closely across suburbs like Leichhardt, Annandale, Dulwich Hill, Marrickville, and Ashfield, so my advice is grounded in what’s actually happening in the market.
Alongside my client work, I also partner with Head Start Homes, providing property coaching to help more people move into home ownership.
