About us

I’m Rhiannan — a fully independent buyer’s agent, Class 1 Licensed, a REBAA and REINSW member. I live in Sydney’s Inner West with my partner and our Aussie Border Collie, and I specialise in helping people find their place here — whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing.

I bought my first properties in my 20s and quickly realised how overwhelming the process can be — especially for buyers trying to navigate it alone. Wanting to make it easier for others, I knocked on the doors of some of Sydney’s top buyer’s agencies and built my career from the ground up.

Today, I work with a wide range of clients, buying across the Inner West and beyond. My clients work directly with me from start to finish — I don’t outsource any part of the process. I keep my service intentionally boutique, working with only three to four clients at a time. That way, when a negotiation kicks off, I can quickly pivot.

A big part of my work also includes partnering with Head Start Homes to provide pro bono property coaching to families and single women transitioning from affordable housing into homeownership across NSW.
