You will source and inspect the properties. I will lend a helping hand on how to select the right properties and give you options to consider.
Some of the best opportunities never make it to the public market. In the collab search, you will get access to off-market properties.
It's your job to inspect the properties first and filter out the wrong properties. Each week you'll report back to me on your results and I'll deal with the real estate agents.
Once you tell me your shortlisted properties, I will take the reigns and inspect and ssess the property. You won't need to speak with the real estate agent.
From inspections to communication and next steps, the process is handled so it doesn’t take over your time.
Once the right property is found, I manage the negotiation or bidding process to help secure it on the right terms.

We start with a conversation to understand what you’re looking for, your budget, and any constraints that need to be factored in.

You're in the driver's seat searching for suitable properties and filtering them based on your brief, so you’re only looking at options that are worth considering.

Inspection, Shortlist, and assess
You inspect, then shortlist. I then inspect the shortlisted properties and assess properly, including price, condition, and any red flags or compromises.

Due diligence
I organise and review the key information needed before you commit, so you’re making a decision based on the right details.

Negotiation or auction
I manage the negotiation or represent you at auction, working to secure the property on the right terms.

Secured and through to settlement
Once secured, I stay involved through to settlement to make sure everything progresses as expected.
