As a fully independent buyers’ agent specialising in Sydney’s Inner West, I believe in clear and upfront pricing — which is why my fees are fixed. I don’t charge a percentage of the purchase price. Instead, my fees are outlined in advance — usually before we even meet — so you’ll know exactly what you’re investing from the start.
This is a complete, end-to-end service covering everything from search strategy to final negotiation. The $5,000 + GST retainer is non-refundable and paid upfront. A success fee — agreed in advance based on your budget — is due 7 days after unconditional exchange. Your fee stays fixed even if your budget increases by up to 10%. If your brief is particularly complex or requires specialised focus, the success fee may be adjusted accordingly.
Perfect for buyers who’ve already found a property but want expert help assessing its value, conducting due diligence, and negotiating the purchase. This service is quoted per property. The retainer ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 + GST depending on your budget. A reduced success fee — calculated as a fraction of the full search fee — is due 7 days after unconditional exchange.
